The RIA4FOOD project continued to raise its profile and promote food innovation at the European Researchers’ Night on September 27, 2024, with dynamic participations in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and Cyprus.
In Cluj-Napoca, Romania, the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca (USAMV) teamed up with the Inspire Science team to present RIA4FOOD’s contributions at their booth. Their interactive exhibits and engaging activities attracted over 300 visitors, including scientists, students, and the general public. Attendees were introduced to RIA4FOOD’s cutting-edge advancements in sustainable food technologies, nutritional innovations, and eco-friendly production methods. The booth successfully stimulated dialogue about the importance of food sustainability and health, sparking interest in how science can reshape the future of food. Simultaneously, at the European Researchers’ Night in Cyprus, the Cyprus Institute of Neurology & Genetics (CING), proudly represented the project. Their participation further expanded RIA4FOOD’s visibility at this prestigious European event, showcasing the project’s commitment to cross-border collaboration and its role in shaping a healthier and more sustainable global food system.
Together, these participations reinforced RIA4FOOD’s growing influence in Europe, positioning the project at the forefront of food research and innovation through active community engagement and science outreach.
