The RIA4FOOD project is a pioneering initiative focused on advancing food innovation through cutting-edge research and development in sustainable, functional, and high-quality food products. At the 3rd FRIETS Project Workshop in Cyprus, held on May 21, 2024, Rezos Brands, the project leader, showcased RIA4FOOD’s substantial contributions to food innovation. The presentation highlighted the project’s key advancements, including the development of novel food processing methods, the use of bioactive compounds to enhance nutritional profiles, and strategies for reducing food waste. RIA4FOOD’s efforts were celebrated as a vital part of the broader European agenda to create healthier, more sustainable food systems.
