At the 3rd FRIETS Project Workshop in Cyprus, held on May 21, 2024, Rezos Brands, the project leader, showcased RIA4FOOD’s substantial contributions to food innovation. The presentation highlighted the project’s key advancements, including the development of novel food processing methods, the use of bioactive compounds to enhance nutritional profiles, and strategies for reducing food waste.
