We are happy to share with you the success of the #Ria4Food project’s “Multi-Actor Research and Innovation Approaches for Functional Food” kick-off meeting, held on the 7th and 8th of November at our coordinator location, European R&D Department-Rezos Brands SA 🚀
This collaborative effort brings together a dynamic team of experts and partners from four countries – #Greece, #Cyprus, #Italy, and #Romania. Our academic partners include the Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών University of Patras, USAMV Cluj-Napoca, Università del Piemonte Orientale, Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics, and the Alexander Fleming Biomedical Sciences Research Center 🎓 We also have an incredible group of SME partners on board, including Rezos Brands, #INSPIRESCIENCE, #NOVAMECHANICSLIMITED, and #YSCypriotCatalysts Ltd. 💼
The overarching goal of this project is truly remarkable – to harness multidisciplinary technological approaches and provide a proof-of-concept framework for designing functional foods with scientifically proven nutritional content, tailored health benefits, and extended shelf-life. 💪
What makes this project even more special is that it’s part of the MARIE SKŁODOWSKA-CURIE ACTIONS, Staff Exchanges, Call: HORIZON-MSCA-SE-2022, which represents a significant step towards advancing research and innovation in the field of functional food. 🌍🔬
