Evaluation of fresh and osmotic SB effect on in vitro human-relevant disease models

Duration months: 4-21

Objectives

1. Assess SB of disease-preventive properties (anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, gut microbiota regulating) of SB.
2. Determine the metabolomic, epiproteomic and proteomic changes incurred by fresh and osmotic fractions of SB.
All objectives are related to R&I activities through secondments.

Partners involved

We are joining forces with esteemed partners. Each contributes specialized expertise and resources. Together, we are dedicated to achieving our objectives and driving positive change.
