We’re thrilled to share highlights from our 1st RIA4FOOD Project Workshop in Patras!
Held on 12 March 2025 at the Conference & Cultural Center of the University of Patras, this inspiring event brought together experts, researchers, and stakeholders to explore multi-actor research and innovation approaches for food functionality. The workshop opened with a warm welcome and an overview of our goals, followed by detailed presentations of the project’s Work Packages, showcasing the progress and innovative directions of our research. Participants enjoyed a lively Poster and Product Exhibition, featuring interactive displays and seabuckthorn-based product demonstrations, sparking fruitful discussions and ideas for future developments.
In the Synergies Session, we connected with representatives of related projects to identify common research themes, foster cross-project collaboration, and strengthen our shared vision for sustainable, resilient agri-food systems.
The event concluded with an open discussion session, summarizing key points and setting clear next steps to keep the momentum strong.
